Digital Product Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all digital products offered by Create with Danielle, including but not limited to website templates, email templates, courses, design resources, and any future digital products or services we may offer.

License and Ownership
All designs and products created by Create with Danielle remain Our intellectual property. Each purchase includes one commercial license per website or use. If you need to use the product for additional websites, you must purchase separate licenses. While designers may use Our templates as a starting point for client work, they must maintain the original credit and can add a customization credit such as "Customized by [Designer Name]."

By purchasing Our products, you grant Create with Danielle permission to showcase your website for promotional purposes across our website and social media platforms. The sharing or reselling of Our products is strictly prohibited.

Usage and Requirements
Our digital products may require third-party subscriptions, platforms, or software that are not included in the purchase price. You are solely responsible for obtaining proper licensing for any assets you add to the product, including images, fonts, and graphics. All demo content provided, including images, fonts, and graphics, is for demonstration purposes only and cannot be used in your final product unless otherwise specified as free or included with the product. 

Payments and Refunds
All pricing listed on Our website is in USD. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If choosing a payment plan, you are legally required to complete all payments. Failure to complete payments may result in collections and additional fees. We use Stripe for payment processing, and You authorize continued access to your payment information until all payments are complete. We reserve the right to modify pricing without notice, and we do not offer retroactive adjustments or price matching.

Support and Limitations
Our support is limited to product-specific issues. For platform-specific support (such as Showit or Flodesk), you must contact their respective support teams directly. Create with Danielle is not responsible for third-party platform changes or updates, platform-specific hosting or technical issues, backup or storage of your content, or browser compatibility issues.

Platform Disclaimer
Our digital products, while designed for use with platforms such as Showit and Flodesk, are not legally affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to these companies. These are independent products created by Create with Danielle for use on their respective platforms.

Course Access and Accessibility
Our courses are provided "as-is" with no refunds offered for comprehension issues. Currently, our courses have some accessibility limitations, including no closed captions, and are only available in digital video/audio format. You may need additional platform support beyond what is covered in our course content.

Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms, modify our products, or change pricing without prior notice. Your continued use of our products following any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms
